Ms. Anderson obtained her Masters degree in Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary in 2008, and two Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Indiana University, Bloomington in 1990. She is a meditation coach, and is also trained in using biofeedback. She takes a mindful approach to therapy, and is adept at working with individuals from 12 to 112 and their families. She looks at the whole person and his/her environment when working with a client, using a collaborative and psychodynamically focused family systems approach to healing. In her spare time, Ms. Anderson volunteers caring for wolves at a sanctuary in eastern Indiana. She also enjoys Muay Thai, yoga, and an active personal meditation practice.
